1. Exchange & Replacement Policy
If any product is found damaged or defective, it will be inspected by our team. Once the issue is verified and accepted, the exchange or replacement process will be initiated. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After approval, the replacement product will be delivered within 7β10 business days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition. Certain products such as perishable goods or personal care items are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. You will receive step-by-step instructions to send the item back.
4. Refund After Return
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
