Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 10 days of receiving the product.
The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.).
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, etc.).
Customized or personalized products.
Digital or downloadable products.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:
Submit a Return Request: Log in to your Anbazar account, go to “My Orders,” select the item, and request a return.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Package the Item: Securely pack the product with its original packaging and all accessories.
Shipping: Return the item via our designated courier or self-ship the item to the provided return address.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement Policy
If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.
