Seller Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your relationship as a seller on Anbazar. By selling on Anbazar, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Seller Eligibility & Registration
To sell on Anbazar, sellers must provide accurate business details, valid identity documents, bank information, and contact details. Anbazar reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any seller account at its sole discretion.
2. Offline Deal Restriction (Strict Policy)
Sellers are strictly prohibited from diverting Anbazar customers for offline transactions. This includes asking customers to buy directly from physical shops, personal contacts, WhatsApp, phone calls, or any external channels. Any attempt to bypass Anbazar’s platform to complete sales offline is a serious violation.
3. Lead Protection & Platform Ownership
All customer leads, inquiries, chats, and order-related information generated through Anbazar are the exclusive property of Anbazar. Sellers may not use this data to contact customers for external or offline sales.
4. Price Parity Policy
Sellers must maintain price parity. The price of products listed on Anbazar must not be higher than or lower than prices offered by the seller through offline stores or other online platforms. Offering lower offline prices to divert customers is strictly prohibited.
5. Commission & Payment Settlement
Sellers agree to pay Anbazar the applicable commission and service fees on each successful order. Payments will be settled as per Anbazar’s settlement cycle after deducting commission, returns, refunds, penalties, and other applicable charges.
6. Customer Protection & Conduct
Sellers must not share personal phone numbers, shop addresses, or encourage customers to complete transactions outside Anbazar. Sellers must maintain professional conduct and ensure customer trust, transparency, and platform integrity.
7. Account Suspension & Penalties
If a seller is found violating offline deal policies, lead diversion rules, or price parity policy, Anbazar reserves the right to impose penalties, withhold settlements, suspend listings, temporarily block the seller account, or permanently terminate the seller account without prior notice.
8. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for product authenticity, quality, accurate descriptions, timely shipping, proper packaging, and handling returns/refunds as per Anbazar policies. Any legal liability arising from product issues shall be the sole responsibility of the seller.
9. Legal Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, GST regulations, consumer protection laws, and other statutory requirements. Anbazar shall not be liable for seller non-compliance.
10. Platform Integrity & Fair Usage
Sellers agree not to manipulate prices, create fake orders, misuse coupons, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt to harm the platform’s reputation, customers, or business operations.
11. Limitation of Liability
Anbazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from seller activities, product disputes, customer claims, or business losses.
12. Termination of Seller Account
Anbazar reserves the right to terminate or restrict any seller account at any time for policy violations, fraudulent behavior, repeated customer complaints, or actions that harm Anbazar’s business interests.
13. Governing Law
These Seller Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any attempt to divert customers for offline purchases, manipulate prices, or bypass Anbazar’s platform may result in immediate account suspension, financial penalties, and permanent termination of seller privileges.
