2. Introduction

Welcome to the AnBazar Seller Marketplace.

These Seller Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between AnBazar ("Marketplace", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and every individual, business entity, manufacturer, distributor, importer, retailer, wholesaler, or authorized representative ("Seller", "you", or "your") who registers or operates a seller account on the AnBazar Marketplace.

This Agreement governs the rights, responsibilities, obligations, policies, operational standards, and legal relationship between AnBazar and all registered Sellers.

By creating, accessing, or using a Seller Account, listing products, accepting customer orders, or otherwise participating in the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in this Agreement, along with all related Marketplace policies, guidelines, and future amendments published by AnBazar.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in warnings, penalties, temporary restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of payments where legally permissible, or any other enforcement actions deemed appropriate by AnBazar.

3. Purpose

The primary purpose of this Agreement is to establish a transparent, fair, secure, and legally compliant marketplace that protects the interests of:

  • Customers

  • Sellers

  • Brand Owners

  • Marketplace Partners

  • Regulatory Authorities

  • Payment Partners

  • Logistics Partners

  • AnBazar Marketplace

This Agreement aims to:

  • Ensure product authenticity.

  • Promote fair competition.

  • Protect intellectual property.

  • Maintain customer trust.

  • Reduce fraud.

  • Improve seller performance.

Create a sustainable online marketplace ecosystem.

4. Scope

These Terms apply to every Seller operating on AnBazar, regardless of:

  • Business size

  • Annual revenue

  • Product category

  • Location

  • Individual or company registration

  • Domestic or international business status

The Agreement governs all Marketplace activities including but not limited to:

  • Seller registration

  • Product listing

  • Pricing

  • Inventory management

  • Order fulfilment

  • Shipping

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Customer communication

  • Marketing participation

  • Marketplace campaigns

  • Payment settlement

  • Data protection

  • Dispute resolution

5. Definitions

For this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

Account

The registered Seller profile created within the AnBazar Seller Center.

Buyer

Any customer purchasing products through the Marketplace.

Marketplace

The AnBazar online e-commerce platform including its website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.

Order

A confirmed purchase placed by a Buyer.

Product

Any physical item approved for sale on the Marketplace.

Seller

An individual or legal entity authorized to sell products on AnBazar.

Restricted Product

A product requiring additional approvals before sale.

Prohibited Product

Any product that is unlawful or not permitted for sale on the Marketplace.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, logos, trade secrets, product content, and other proprietary rights.

Business Day

Any day excluding weekends and officially declared public holidays applicable to Marketplace operations.

6. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering as a Seller, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

  • All information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and Marketplace policies.

  • You understand that AnBazar may update these Terms periodically.

  • Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register, access, or continue using the Marketplace.

7. Seller Eligibility

To become a Seller on AnBazar, applicants must meet the Marketplace eligibility requirements.

At a minimum, every Seller must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into contracts.

  • Provide valid identification documents.

  • Complete KYC verification.

  • Provide accurate bank account information.

  • Maintain an active email address and mobile number.

  • Comply with applicable taxation requirements.

  • Sell only products legally permitted in their jurisdiction.

  • Maintain ethical business practices.

AnBazar reserves the right to reject any Seller application without creating any obligation to provide detailed reasons where permitted by applicable law.

8. Registration & Account Creation

To access Seller services, applicants must successfully complete the registration process through the AnBazar Seller Center.

During registration, Sellers may be required to provide:

  • Legal name

  • Business name

  • Registered address

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Government-issued identification

  • GST or applicable tax information (where required)

  • PAN or equivalent tax identification

  • Bank account details

  • Authorized representative information

  • Business registration documents (if applicable)

Submission of registration information does not automatically guarantee approval.

AnBazar reserves the right to conduct additional verification before activating a Seller account.

9. KYC & Business Verification

To maintain marketplace integrity, AnBazar requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Verification may include:

  • Identity verification

  • Address verification

  • Bank verification

  • Business registration verification

  • Tax identification verification

  • Mobile verification

  • Email verification

  • Video verification (where applicable)

  • Additional documentation requests

Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in delayed activation, temporary restrictions, suspension, or rejection of the Seller application.

10. Account Security

Each Seller is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Seller Account.

Sellers must:

  • Use strong passwords.

  • Enable multi-factor authentication where available.

  • Restrict account access to authorized personnel only.

  • Immediately report unauthorized access.

  • Regularly update account credentials.

  • Maintain accurate contact information.

Any activity performed using the Seller Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by the Seller unless proven otherwise through appropriate evidence.

11. Seller Responsibilities

Every Seller is responsible for conducting business on the AnBazar Marketplace in a lawful, ethical, transparent, and customer-focused manner. Sellers are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism to protect customer trust and the reputation of the Marketplace.

The Seller agrees to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements.

  • Maintain accurate business information at all times.

  • Ensure all listed products are legally permitted for sale.

  • Deliver products that match the product description and specifications.

  • Maintain sufficient inventory for listed products.

  • Ship customer orders within the committed handling time.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Cooperate with AnBazar during investigations, audits, or policy reviews.

  • Maintain accurate tax, banking, and contact information.

  • Promptly notify AnBazar of any material changes to business ownership, legal status, or operational capacity.

The Seller shall be solely responsible for all business activities conducted through their Seller Account.

12. Marketplace Responsibilities

AnBazar acts as a technology-enabled online marketplace that facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AnBazar is not the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of products listed by independent Sellers.

Subject to applicable laws and Marketplace policies, AnBazar may:

  • Provide the Seller Center platform.

  • Display Seller product listings.

  • Facilitate order management.

  • Process customer payments through authorized payment partners.

  • Coordinate logistics through approved shipping providers.

  • Provide customer support services.

  • Monitor marketplace quality and compliance.

  • Suspend or remove listings that violate Marketplace policies.

  • Implement tools and reports to assist Sellers in managing their business.

AnBazar does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency interventions when necessary.

13. Product Listing Requirements

All product listings must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Sellers must ensure that product information enables customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Each product listing should include, where applicable:

  • Product title

  • Brand name

  • Category

  • Product description

  • Key features

  • Technical specifications

  • Model number

  • Dimensions

  • Weight

  • Materials

  • Country of origin

  • Manufacturer details

  • Importer information (if applicable)

  • Warranty information

  • Package contents

  • Safety instructions

  • Care instructions

  • Product images

  • Applicable certifications

Sellers must not:

  • Misrepresent product features or specifications.

  • Use misleading or deceptive descriptions.

  • Include false claims regarding quality, performance, or certifications.

  • Copy or reproduce copyrighted content without authorization.

  • Use competitor brand names or trademarks in an unauthorized manner.

  • Publish duplicate or spam listings intended to manipulate search results.

AnBazar reserves the right to edit, suppress, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet Marketplace quality standards.

14. Product Authenticity

Customer trust depends on the authenticity of products sold through the Marketplace. Sellers must ensure that all products are genuine and obtained through lawful supply chains.

Sellers represent and warrant that:

  • All products are authentic.

  • Products are not counterfeit, copied, or illegally reproduced.

  • Products comply with applicable safety and quality standards.

  • Products are sourced from authorized manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

  • Brand authorization documents can be provided upon request.

  • Product warranties, where offered, are valid and supported.

AnBazar may request invoices, purchase records, authorization letters, or other documentation to verify authenticity.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in:

  • Listing removal

  • Payment withholding (where legally permissible)

  • Seller account suspension

  • Permanent termination

  • Referral to competent authorities where required by law

15. Pricing Policy

Sellers are responsible for setting competitive, fair, and transparent prices for all products.

The listed selling price should accurately reflect the amount payable by the customer, excluding any separately disclosed shipping charges, taxes, or fees where applicable.

Sellers shall not:

  • Artificially inflate prices before promotional events.

  • Publish deceptive discounts.

  • Manipulate reference prices.

  • Engage in price fixing or anti-competitive conduct.

  • Charge hidden fees after order confirmation.

If AnBazar identifies pricing errors, system malfunctions, or abusive pricing practices, it reserves the right to:

  • Correct listing information.

  • Cancel affected orders.

  • Temporarily disable listings.

  • Require Seller clarification.

  • Take appropriate enforcement action.

16. Inventory Management

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels at all times.

Inventory records should reflect actual stock availability to minimize order cancellations and customer dissatisfaction.

Sellers are expected to:

  • Update stock quantities promptly.

  • Remove discontinued products.

  • Monitor inventory regularly.

  • Prevent overselling.

  • Ensure synchronization between inventory systems where integrated.

  • Maintain safety stock for high-demand products.

Repeated stock shortages or excessive cancellations due to inventory inaccuracies may negatively affect Seller performance metrics.

17. Shipping & Fulfilment

Timely order fulfillment is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Upon receiving a confirmed order, Sellers must:

  • Prepare products for shipment within the committed handling time.

  • Use appropriate packaging materials.

  • Ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Generate shipping labels where required.

  • Hand over shipments to approved logistics partners within the prescribed timeframe.

  • Update shipment status accurately.

  • Provide tracking information where available.

Sellers must not intentionally delay shipments or falsely mark orders as shipped.

Where AnBazar provides logistics support or fulfillment services, Sellers must comply with all operational guidelines issued by the Marketplace.

18. Returns, Refunds & Return to Origin (RTO)

Customer returns and refunds shall be managed in accordance with the AnBazar Return, Refund & RTO Policy.

Sellers are expected to:

  • Review return requests promptly.

  • Cooperate with inspection processes.

  • Accept eligible returns in accordance with Marketplace policies.

  • Process approved refunds without unreasonable delay.

  • Comply with quality assurance inspections where applicable.

For Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, Sellers are responsible for accepting returned inventory unless otherwise specified under applicable Marketplace programs.

Repeated rejection of valid returns, failure to process refunds, or refusal to accept RTO shipments may result in corrective actions, including account restrictions.

19. Seller Performance Standards

AnBazar continuously evaluates Seller performance to maintain a high-quality shopping experience.

Performance metrics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Order Acceptance Rate

  • Order Cancellation Rate

  • Late Shipment Rate

  • On-Time Delivery Performance

  • Return Rate

  • Refund Processing Time

  • Customer Complaint Rate

  • Product Quality Issues

  • Policy Violation Frequency

  • Customer Ratings

  • Buyer Feedback

  • Response Time to Customer Inquiries

  • Compliance with Marketplace Policies

AnBazar may establish minimum performance thresholds and periodically revise such standards based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Where a Seller's performance falls below acceptable levels, AnBazar may implement one or more corrective measures, including:

  • Issuing advisory notices.

  • Requiring corrective action plans.

  • Restricting participation in promotional campaigns.

  • Reducing listing visibility.

  • Limiting account privileges.

  • Temporarily suspending selling activities.

  • Permanently terminating the Seller Account in cases of persistent or severe non-compliance.

Sellers are encouraged to regularly monitor their performance dashboard within the Seller Center and take proactive measures to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance.

20. Customer Service Standards

Providing excellent customer service is a fundamental obligation of every Seller on the AnBazar Marketplace. Sellers are expected to maintain professional communication, resolve customer concerns promptly, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Each Seller agrees to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries within the response time prescribed by AnBazar.

  • Maintain polite, respectful, and professional communication at all times.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, warranties, and delivery timelines.

  • Avoid misleading, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.

  • Cooperate with AnBazar Customer Support in resolving disputes.

  • Honor valid warranties and after-sales commitments where applicable.

  • Maintain appropriate records relating to customer complaints and resolutions.

Sellers shall not:

  • Request customers to communicate outside the Marketplace for the purpose of avoiding Marketplace policies or fees.

  • Encourage customers to cancel Marketplace orders and purchase directly from the Seller.

  • Solicit positive reviews in exchange for gifts, discounts, refunds, or other incentives.

  • Harass, intimidate, or pressure customers regarding ratings, reviews, returns, or complaints.

  • Share confidential customer information with unauthorized parties.

Failure to comply with customer service standards may adversely affect Seller performance metrics and may result in enforcement actions under this Agreement.

21. Intellectual Property (IP)

AnBazar respects intellectual property rights and expects all Sellers to do the same.

Sellers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use any content, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, images, videos, manuals, packaging designs, software, or other materials submitted to the Marketplace.

Sellers must ensure that no listing infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

  • Selling counterfeit or imitation products.

  • Using another company's trademark without authorization.

  • Copying copyrighted product descriptions or images.

  • Listing products that infringe patents or industrial designs.

  • Using copyrighted videos without permission.

  • Removing or altering manufacturer branding in a misleading manner.

If AnBazar receives a valid intellectual property complaint, it may, without prior notice:

  • Remove the affected listing.

  • Temporarily suspend product visibility.

  • Request supporting documentation.

  • Freeze related transactions where legally permissible.

  • Suspend or terminate the Seller Account.

  • Cooperate with rights holders and competent authorities.

Sellers agree to indemnify AnBazar against claims arising from intellectual property infringement attributable to the Seller's products or content.

22. Prohibited & Restricted Products

To protect customers, comply with applicable laws, and maintain Marketplace integrity, certain products are prohibited or restricted.

The following categories are generally prohibited unless expressly authorized by AnBazar and permitted under applicable law:

  • Counterfeit goods.

  • Stolen property.

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics.

  • Controlled substances without required authorization.

  • Explosives and hazardous materials.

  • Firearms, ammunition, and prohibited weapons.

  • Tobacco products where restricted.

  • Alcoholic beverages where prohibited.

  • Adult or obscene materials in violation of applicable law.

  • Products promoting hate, violence, or unlawful activities.

  • Fake certificates or identification documents.

  • Pirated software or digital content.

  • Products violating consumer protection laws.

  • Recalled or unsafe products.

  • Expired consumable products.

  • Products infringing intellectual property rights.

  • Wildlife products prohibited under applicable environmental laws.

  • Human organs, tissues, or other prohibited biological materials.

Certain products may be classified as Restricted Products, requiring additional approvals, licenses, certifications, or documentation before listing.

AnBazar reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any product may be listed, restricted, suspended, or permanently removed from the Marketplace.

23. Fraud Prevention

Maintaining a secure Marketplace requires active cooperation between AnBazar and Sellers.

Fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Identity fraud.

  • False KYC documentation.

  • Fake invoices.

  • Order manipulation.

  • Artificial sales generation.

  • Fake customer accounts.

  • Review manipulation.

  • Click fraud.

  • Payment fraud.

  • Shipping fraud.

  • Inventory fraud.

  • Coupon abuse.

  • Promotional abuse.

  • Refund abuse.

  • Return fraud.

  • Chargeback manipulation.

  • Account sharing without authorization.

  • Circumvention of Marketplace controls.

Where fraudulent activity is suspected, AnBazar may:

  • Conduct investigations.

  • Request additional documentation.

  • Temporarily restrict account functionality.

  • Delay or withhold payments where legally permissible.

  • Remove listings.

  • Suspend or terminate Seller Accounts.

  • Report suspected criminal activity to competent authorities.

The Seller shall fully cooperate with all fraud investigations conducted by AnBazar.

24. Customer Data Protection

Sellers may receive limited customer information solely for the purpose of fulfilling Marketplace orders.

Such information may include:

  • Customer name.

  • Delivery address.

  • Contact number.

  • Order details.

  • Shipping instructions.

This information shall be used exclusively for order processing and shall not be used for:

  • Independent marketing.

  • Telemarketing.

  • Spam communications.

  • Data resale.

  • Third-party advertising.

  • Customer profiling outside Marketplace operations.

  • Any purpose unrelated to order fulfillment.

Sellers shall implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

In the event of an actual or suspected data breach, the Seller must notify AnBazar without undue delay and cooperate fully in any investigation or remediation efforts.

Violation of customer data protection obligations may result in immediate enforcement actions and potential legal liability.

25. Commission & Fees

Participation in the AnBazar Marketplace may be subject to various commissions, service charges, operational fees, or other applicable charges as communicated through the Seller Center or related Marketplace policies.

Applicable fees may include:

  • Sales commission.

  • Payment processing fees.

  • Shipping or logistics charges.

  • Advertising fees.

  • Promotional campaign fees.

  • Warehousing or fulfillment charges.

  • Return handling fees.

  • Packaging service fees.

  • Penalty charges for policy violations, where applicable.

The applicable fee structure may vary based on:

  • Product category.

  • Selling price.

  • Marketplace programs.

  • Promotional participation.

  • Fulfillment model.

  • Applicable tax regulations.

AnBazar reserves the right to revise its fee schedule from time to time. Any material revisions shall be communicated through the Seller Center, email notifications, or other official communication channels.

26. Payment Settlement

Subject to compliance with Marketplace policies and applicable laws, Sellers shall receive payment for completed transactions after deducting applicable commissions, taxes, fees, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and other lawful deductions.

Payment settlements may be influenced by factors including:

  • Successful order delivery.

  • Completion of the applicable return window.

  • Resolution of customer disputes.

  • Fraud investigations.

  • Chargeback claims.

  • Tax withholding obligations.

  • Regulatory requirements.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details remain accurate and up to date.

AnBazar reserves the right to:

  • Delay settlements where fraud or policy violations are suspected.

  • Offset amounts owed by the Seller against future settlements where permitted by law.

  • Correct payment calculation errors.

  • Recover overpayments.

  • Suspend settlements pending completion of investigations or verification processes.

Payment schedules, settlement cycles, minimum payout thresholds, and related operational procedures shall be governed by the separate Seller Payment Settlement Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

27. Account Suspension & Termination

AnBazar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Seller Account if the Seller violates this Agreement, any related Marketplace policy, applicable laws, or engages in conduct that may harm customers, other sellers, or the Marketplace.

Circumstances that may result in enforcement action include, but are not limited to:

  • Submission of false or misleading registration information.

  • Failure to complete KYC or verification requirements.

  • Repeated policy violations.

  • Sale of prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe products.

  • Intellectual property infringement.

  • Fraudulent transactions or suspicious account activity.

  • Manipulation of reviews, ratings, pricing, or Marketplace systems.

  • Excessive order cancellations, shipment delays, or unresolved customer complaints.

  • Unauthorized access to Marketplace systems.

  • Breach of data protection obligations.

  • Failure to pay applicable Marketplace fees.

  • Any activity that may expose AnBazar to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, AnBazar may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a written warning.

  • Require corrective action within a specified timeframe.

  • Remove individual product listings.

  • Restrict participation in campaigns or promotional programs.

  • Temporarily suspend account functionality.

  • Freeze or delay settlements where legally permissible.

  • Permanently terminate the Seller Account.

Unless required by law, AnBazar shall not be obligated to provide prior notice before taking emergency enforcement action where immediate intervention is necessary to protect customers or the Marketplace.

28. Indemnification

The Seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnBazar, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • The Seller's breach of this Agreement.

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  • Product defects or safety issues.

  • Intellectual property infringement.

  • Misleading product information or advertising.

  • Fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

  • Tax obligations attributable to the Seller.

  • Customer claims arising from the Seller's actions or omissions.

  • Negligence or willful misconduct.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the suspension or termination of the Seller Account.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnBazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Seller's use of the Marketplace.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits.

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Loss of business opportunities.

  • Loss of goodwill.

  • Business interruption.

  • Data loss.

  • System downtime.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

  • Payment gateway failures.

  • Telecommunications interruptions.

  • Cybersecurity incidents beyond AnBazar's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

30. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performing obligations under this Agreement where such delays or failures result from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Floods.

  • Earthquakes.

  • Cyclones.

  • Fires.

  • Epidemics or pandemics.

  • Government actions.

  • Changes in law.

  • War.

  • Civil unrest.

  • Terrorist attacks.

  • Nationwide strikes.

  • Internet outages.

  • Power failures.

  • Failures of telecommunications networks.

  • Cybersecurity incidents affecting critical infrastructure.

The affected party shall make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and resume performance as soon as practicable.

31. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AnBazar is legally established, together with any mandatory consumer protection, e-commerce, taxation, and data protection laws that apply to Marketplace operations.

Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

32. Dispute Resolution

AnBazar encourages Sellers to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions before initiating formal legal proceedings.

The dispute resolution process may include:

  1. Submission of a written complaint through the Seller Center.

  2. Review by the Marketplace Compliance or Seller Support team.

  3. Request for supporting documentation from the parties involved.

  5. Escalation to arbitration or the competent courts, where required under applicable law or contractual arrangements.

During the resolution process, Sellers are expected to continue complying with all applicable Marketplace policies unless otherwise instructed by AnBazar or a competent authority.

33. Policy Updates

AnBazar may modify, amend, or replace this Agreement and related Marketplace policies from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Applicable laws and regulations.

  • Marketplace operations.

  • Business practices.

  • Technology and security requirements.

  • Customer protection measures.

  • Payment systems.

  • Logistics processes.

Updated versions will be published through the Seller Center, the AnBazar website, or other official communication channels.

Unless otherwise specified, revised policies become effective on the date indicated in the updated document. Continued use of the Marketplace after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

35. Important Notice

This Agreement forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between AnBazar and every registered Seller.

By registering for, accessing, or using the AnBazar Marketplace, the Seller acknowledges that they have:

  • Read and understood this Agreement.

  • Agreed to comply with all Marketplace policies and guidelines.

  • Accepted responsibility for all activities conducted through their Seller Account.

  • Understood that non-compliance may result in enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.

  • Agreed to comply with future policy updates published by AnBazar.

This Agreement should be read together with all related Marketplace policies, including but not limited to:

  • Seller Return, Refund & RTO Policy

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and a specific Marketplace policy, the specific policy shall prevail with respect to the subject matter it governs.
