Welcome to AnBazar, an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent Sellers offering a wide range of products and services.

These Shopper Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnBazar website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Marketplace"). By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Marketplace policies.

These Terms are intended to promote a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience while protecting the rights and responsibilities of customers, Sellers, and AnBazar.

The purpose of these Terms is to:

• Define the legal relationship between AnBazar and its users.

• Establish the rules governing Marketplace use.

• Protect customer and Seller interests.

• Promote fair and lawful transactions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide a framework for dispute resolution and customer support.

• Maintain the integrity, security, and reliability of the Marketplace.

These Terms apply to:

• Visitors browsing the Marketplace.

• Registered user accounts.

• Buyers purchasing products or services.

• Customers using Marketplace features.

• Individuals interacting with customer support.

• Users participating in promotions, campaigns, reviews, ratings, or other Marketplace programs.

Certain services may also be subject to additional terms, policies, or guidelines published by AnBazar.

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account means a registered user profile created to access Marketplace services.

Buyer means a registered user who purchases products or services through the Marketplace.

Customer means any individual or entity using the Marketplace, whether registered or not.

Marketplace means the AnBazar platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services.

Order means a request submitted by a Buyer to purchase one or more products or services.

Product means any item listed for sale by a Seller on the Marketplace.

Seller means an individual, business, or organization approved to offer products or services through the Marketplace.

Services means all features, tools, and functionality provided by AnBazar.

User means any visitor, registered account holder, Buyer, or other person accessing the Marketplace.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Marketplace.

Your continued use of the Marketplace following updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

To use the Marketplace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not be prohibited from using the Marketplace under applicable law or previous Marketplace enforcement actions.

If an account is created on behalf of a business or organization, the individual creating the account represents that they have the authority to bind that entity.

To access certain Marketplace features, users may be required to create an account.

During registration, users should:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Maintain and update account information as necessary.

• Verify contact information where required.

• Choose a secure password.

• Protect account credentials from unauthorized use.

AnBazar reserves the right to request additional verification information where necessary to maintain Marketplace security or comply with legal obligations.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

• Using the Marketplace only for lawful purposes.

• Respecting the rights of Sellers, other users, and third parties.

• Promptly notifying AnBazar of any unauthorized account activity.

• Complying with all applicable Marketplace policies.

Users must not engage in activities that could disrupt the security, functionality, or integrity of the Marketplace.

AnBazar may provide services including:

• Product browsing and search.

• Online purchasing.

• Secure payment options.

• Order tracking.

• Customer reviews and ratings.

• Wishlist functionality.

• Promotional campaigns.

• Customer support.

• Notifications and account management tools.

The availability of specific services may vary and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by AnBazar from time to time.

Each user is generally permitted to maintain one personal account unless otherwise authorized by AnBazar.

Users must not:

• Create accounts using false identities.

• Share accounts with unauthorized persons.

• Transfer accounts without approval.

• Use another person's account without permission.

• Attempt to bypass Marketplace security measures.

• Maintain accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

AnBazar may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or other applicable Marketplace policies.

When a Buyer places an order through the AnBazar Marketplace, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms and applicable Marketplace policies.

Order placement does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order.

An order may proceed through the following stages:

• Order Placed

• Payment Confirmation (where applicable)

• Seller Confirmation

• Order Processing

• Shipment

• Delivery

• Completion

AnBazar or the Seller may decline, cancel, or reject an order where permitted by applicable law or Marketplace policies.

Product information displayed on the Marketplace is generally provided by Sellers.

While AnBazar encourages accurate listings, product details, including:

• Specifications

• Images

• Features

• Pricing

• Availability

• Warranty information

• Color

• Size

• Dimensions

may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

Product availability is subject to inventory levels, and AnBazar does not guarantee continuous availability of any product.

Product prices displayed on the Marketplace are determined by the respective Sellers unless otherwise stated.

Displayed prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees depending on the product listing.

AnBazar reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors.

• Update displayed prices.

• Cancel orders affected by material pricing mistakes.

• Apply promotional pricing during approved campaigns.

Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.

AnBazar may support multiple payment methods, including:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Digital Wallets

• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

• Other approved payment methods

Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers.

Users agree to:

• Use valid payment methods.

• Authorize applicable payment transactions.

• Provide accurate billing information.

• Comply with payment verification procedures where required.

Failed or unsuccessful payments may result in delayed processing or cancellation of an order.

• Delivery location.

Users should provide complete and accurate delivery addresses to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Eligibility may depend on:

• Applicable consumer protection laws.

Certain products may be designated as non-returnable or non-refundable in accordance with applicable policies.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

AnBazar may periodically offer:

• Promotional discounts.

• Coupon codes.

• Cashback offers.

• Festival promotions.

• Gift vouchers.

• Loyalty rewards (where available).

Promotional offers are subject to:

• Eligibility criteria.

• Campaign-specific terms.

• Validity periods.

• Usage limitations.

• Availability.

AnBazar reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers where necessary.

Customers may submit reviews and ratings for eligible products or Sellers.

Reviews should:

• Reflect genuine experiences.

• Be accurate and truthful.

• Avoid offensive or unlawful content.

• Respect the rights of others.

• Comply with Marketplace Review & Rating Policy.

AnBazar may moderate, remove, or reject reviews that violate Marketplace policies or applicable laws.

All Marketplace content, including:

• Logos.

• Trademarks.

• Website design.

• Graphics.

• Software.

• Text.

• Images.

• Videos.

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not:

• Copy Marketplace content without authorization.

• Reproduce trademarks.

• Reverse engineer Marketplace software.

• Use Marketplace content for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Users must not engage in activities including:

• Fraudulent transactions.

• Payment abuse.

• Identity impersonation.

• Account sharing for unlawful purposes.

• Submission of false information.

• Attempting unauthorized system access.

• Distribution of malware or harmful code.

• Abuse of promotional offers.

• Posting fake reviews.

• Harassing Sellers, customers, or Marketplace staff.

• Violating applicable laws or Marketplace policies.

Violating these Terms may result in warnings, suspension, termination of account access, cancellation of orders, or other appropriate enforcement actions.

AnBazar values the privacy and security of user information.

The collection, use, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data are governed by the AnBazar Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

By using the Marketplace, users acknowledge that:

• Personal information may be collected to provide Marketplace services.

• Data may be processed for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

• Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect user information.

• Users may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or management of their personal data, subject to applicable laws.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly for detailed information.

By creating an account or using the Marketplace, users consent to receive electronic communications from AnBazar, including:

• Order confirmations.

• Shipping updates.

• Account notifications.

• Security alerts.

• Payment confirmations.

• Customer support responses.

• Promotional communications (where consent has been provided).

• Policy updates and legal notices.

Electronic communications may be delivered through:

• Email.

• SMS.

• Mobile application notifications.

• Website notifications.

• Other approved digital communication channels.

Users may manage certain communication preferences through their account settings where such functionality is available.

To maintain a secure Marketplace, AnBazar may implement fraud prevention measures, including:

• Identity verification.

• Payment verification.

• Order risk assessment.

• Account activity monitoring.

• Device and login security checks.

• Transaction monitoring.

• Abuse detection systems.

• Investigation of suspicious activities.

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent purchases.

• Abuse promotional offers.

• Submit false claims.

• Attempt payment fraud.

• Circumvent Marketplace security controls.

• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

Where suspicious activity is identified, AnBazar may temporarily delay processing, request additional verification, or take other appropriate actions.

AnBazar may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

• Repeated abuse of Marketplace policies.

• Submission of false information.

• Unauthorized access attempts.

• Misuse of promotional programs.

• Legal or regulatory requirements.

• Protection of customers, Sellers, or Marketplace operations.

Where appropriate and practicable, users may be notified of the reason for the action and, where applicable, provided an opportunity to appeal in accordance with Marketplace procedures.

To ensure the integrity and efficient operation of the Marketplace, AnBazar reserves the right to:

• Review and verify user information.

• Update or modify Marketplace features.

• Refuse, cancel, or limit orders where permitted.

• Remove or restrict content that violates Marketplace policies.

• Conduct compliance reviews and investigations.

• Monitor Marketplace usage for security and operational purposes.

• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

• Update Marketplace policies and procedures.

These rights may be exercised fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Subject to applicable laws and these Terms, users may have the right to:

• Access Marketplace services.

• Review and update account information.

• Request assistance through customer support.

• Submit reviews in accordance with Marketplace policies.

• Request returns or refunds where eligible.

• Access information regarding their orders.

• Exercise applicable privacy rights.

• Submit complaints or appeals through designated Marketplace channels.

The exercise of these rights remains subject to compliance with applicable policies and legal requirements.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Marketplace and its services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

AnBazar does not guarantee that:

• The Marketplace will operate without interruption.

• Every product will always be available.

• The Marketplace will be free from technical errors.

• All content will remain continuously accessible.

• Every transaction will be completed without delay.

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer rights provided under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AnBazar acts as a marketplace platform connecting Buyers and Sellers.

• Sellers are generally responsible for the products they list and sell.

• AnBazar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from Marketplace use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

Users remain responsible for their own use of the Marketplace and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which AnBazar operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Where required, specific legal provisions applicable to users in different jurisdictions may take precedence over these Terms.

If a dispute arises, users are encouraged to first contact AnBazar Customer Support to seek an amicable resolution.

If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties may pursue:

• Internal complaint handling procedures.

• Formal appeals where applicable.

• Mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR), where available.

• Legal remedies through courts or competent authorities, as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

AnBazar may revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to:

• Reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations.

• Introduce new Marketplace features or services.

• Improve security and fraud prevention measures.

• Enhance customer experience.

• Improve operational efficiency.

• Clarify existing provisions.

Where required by applicable law, AnBazar will provide reasonable notice before material changes become effective.

Continued use of the Marketplace after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by law.

AnBazar shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.

• Floods.

• Earthquakes.

• Fires.

• Epidemics or pandemics.

• War or civil unrest.

• Government actions or restrictions.

• Internet or telecommunications failures.

• Cybersecurity incidents.

• Power outages.

• Transportation disruptions.

• Strikes or labour disputes.

During such events, AnBazar may suspend or modify affected Marketplace services until normal operations can reasonably resume.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, or, if modification is not possible, deemed severed.

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with all Marketplace policies and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between the user and AnBazar regarding use of the Marketplace.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service-specific policy, the service-specific policy shall prevail with respect to that service, unless otherwise stated.

• Exercise applicable privacy and data protection rights.

Submit complaints or appeals through designated channels.
