3.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Prohibited Activities: Users shall not:

• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Distribute spam or malicious software.
• Engage in activities that could harm the platform or its Users.

5. Seller Terms

5.1 Product Listings: Sellers must ensure that all listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable laws.

5.2 Compliance: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.3 Fees and Commission Structure: Sellers may be subject to fees for listing products or services. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5.3.1. Seller Fees

 a. Listing Fees
Anbazar may charge a fee to list products on the platform. The fee structure varies based on product category and listing duration.
Free listing options may be available for certain categories or promotional periods.

 b. Commission Fees
Anbazar takes a commission on each successful sale. The commission percentage varies by category and is calculated on the total sale price (including applicable taxes).
Commission fees are deducted automatically from the seller’s earnings.

 c. Payment Processing Fees
Transactions processed through Anbazar’s payment gateway are subject to a processing fee, which varies depending on the payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Additional charges may apply for international transactions.

 d. Subscription Plans (if applicable)
Sellers may opt for premium membership plans to access additional features, such as enhanced visibility, analytics, or reduced commission rates.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 e. Payout Fees
Withdrawals to seller bank accounts may be subject to a transaction fee, depending on the payout method and country.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

5.3.2. Buyer Fees

 a. Service Fees
Buyers may be charged a service fee for transactions to cover platform maintenance, fraud protection, and customer support.
This fee is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

 b. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are either paid by the buyer or included in the product price, depending on the seller’s shipping policy.
Some items may be eligible for free shipping based on seller promotions.

5.3.3. Refunds and Disputes:
Fees paid (such as listing or service fees) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in Anbazar’s refund policy.
In case of order cancellations, the refund process will be handled as per Anbazar’s dispute resolution guidelines.

5.3.4. Changes to Fees
Anbazar reserves the right to modify its fees and commission structure at any time. Users will be notified of any changes before implementation.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new fee structure.

6. Customer Terms

6.1 Purchases: Customers agree to pay for all products and services purchased through the platform.

6.2 Refunds and Returns: Refund and return policies are determined by the individual Sellers. Customers should review these policies before making a purchase.

7. Transactions

7.1 Role of Anbazar Web: We facilitate transactions between Sellers and Customers but are not a party to the transactions themselves.

7.2 Disputes: Any disputes arising from transactions are to be resolved between the Seller and Customer. Anbazar Web may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership: All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anbazar Web or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content: Users grant Anbazar Web a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content they post on the platform.

9. Privacy

9.1 Data Collection: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 User Responsibilities: Users must respect the privacy of others and comply with applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Limitation: Anbazar Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Termination

11.1 By User: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

11.2 By Anbazar Web: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or other policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bardhaman, West Bengal.
